Well its midnight and i thought to write something about one of my best friend Varsh. Well her name meaning did derive from the Hindi word ‘Varsha’ (meaning Rain); she truly stands perfect with her name. Everybody likes rain as it quenches the thirst of everyone. If we wont have rain than there is no other source of water that we can get as all the oceans, rivers, lakes, wells, ponds, etc get water from this universal source. Sorry I am not here to describe about rain, but my friend. Well I am his ‘Best Friend’ and if she denies this fact I am gonna kill her ;)
Jokes apart but truly she is the one that taught me so many things and I learnt a lot from her. To start I met her a year back (I think more than a year, sorry Varsh I can’t recall, you know terrible memory) she joined my project to assist me, but later become far better than me. She is probably 5’5”, slim… no very slim, long hair, sharp face cut, nice smile and a very very sweet voice. I always admire when she speaks and talks on phone and even more fascinated when she scolds me in Tamil, I love that and do mistakes knowingly so as to get her scolding. I and my friend both overjoyed whenever she speaks. Initially we had a very professional relationship as I always scared of girls because you never know when they change there colours, but in case of Varsh, she is the same as she was before but with far more smart in my company, ha ha ha. In work she is very intelligent and always does work on time and sincerely, if she doesn’t like to work then no one can force her to do so. She not only scares people in our project but she also scares her sweet mom and her little cousin, soooo bad. But I am really glad that she is scared of me in one thing and I used to scare her if she doesn’t follow my words. In terms of taking food she is very careless and I really don’t like my friends if they don’t eat properly. The time we became good friends, I used to push her for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She sometimes feels irritated but I don’t care as she knows it’s for her good only. I won’t tell her weight else you all will think that I am talking a 15 year old kid. One day we went for a lunch party to celebrate our team mates B’day. Before entering I asked her to stand on the weighing machine so that I can decide how much she is gonna eat. I was really amazed and surprised to see her weight. We then went in and she sit beside me. I think after lunch she must have decided that I am not gonna sit near me again. I made her eat like anything and when we went out she again had her weight and I was happy the machine showed a good increase in weight ;) Well not her many others are afraid sitting near me for food as first thing I don’t like to waste food and secondly I want my friends to eat as it pleases me.
One of the best things I like about her is her planning and what she needs to do in her life. She is very clear as to why she is doing this job and what next to be done. One day she was checking her bank account in the system, to tell you we share systems as we come in different shifts, I hate that as I didn’t get enough time to be with her. Well I used to stay long just timepass as I don’t have much to do at home also. So I was amazed to see so much money in her account as I never saw more than 10K in my account in the mid of the month. So I casually asked her what you will do with this money and the answer I got really increased so much respect for her that even if I try to be like her I cant, and I think that’s why you call someone as your best friend. We had a group of three, the other one is Kavi my another best friend and Varsh’s so called sister. When these two gets together, then no one in this world can stop them, she calls Varsh as ‘Varshu’ and they both are real dodo. Ha ha ha……….. these two always comes in the same shifts and I hate that as both are in my project only and hence not enough time to sit together and enjoy, but still we spent so much time enjoying food and snacks in canteen. In canteen also we used to spent 30-40 mins talking rubbish and they both cursing the FAV. FAV is a person and don’t want to talk about him much as its Varsh’s story. Well I now end this as I cant end this story because it then means that I am done with her qualities and that’s not possible for my friend. But if you have a friend like her than you are sure that you won’t get or she won’t allow you to get into any wrong direction and will get you back with your earsJ. Two days back she left for US for her project assignment, I felt really happy as she got this great opportunity and now what she has dreamt to give her parents, and she can do now. I from my heart wishes her and I know that she can overcome all hardships in life. Varsh remember this –
“In life many times you will come to a point where you will see so many ways to go. Not every path will lead to your destination and all might seems to be inviting. Also sadness and trouble will always walk behind you, never see behind as they awaits for you to stop so that they can come forward and will go along with you. Never let the happiness fall from your face, this not only keeps you energetic, passionate and good, but also create your surroundings happy. And finally whenever you are sad and lonely, just close your eyes and just say your mom dad name, all troubles will get over and you will see the bright sun with a message that it’s a new day and a new way to start… May GOD bless you
