One day I am gonna die
Never thought what will happen after that
Will someone miss me?
Will someone cry for me?
Will I be remembered?
Will people talk good about me?
I had all these sorts of questions, when I thought
One day I am gonna die.
I then try to find out the answers to the questions,
What I have done till now in my life?
Have I given my near and dear ones any pleasure?
Have I proved the statement “A friend in need is a friend indeed”?
Have I given my family all the comforts that I promised?
Have I stand to the expectations of my beloved?
Have I truly loved someone?
Have I given my shoulder to someone in need?
Have I given anyone my smile and took the grief from them?
Have I shared my happiness and shared the sadness of someone?
Have I helped an elderly person?
Have I done something good to nature?
I was shocked seeing the list, when I tried to find answers to my questions
Now it’s time for me to work on,
To put ‘YES’ for all the answers,
I need to be remembered,
I need to be loved,
I need to missed, and for all this
I will give myself to the people I love.
All this came to my mind, when I thought
One day I am gonna die…
